We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@donopetstore.com. Please note that we will need to mail you the return shipping address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I really liked these. They are very absorbent and easy to put on, even though my puppy likes to wiggle around. My 2 month old Standard Poodle fit well in the small size, and I will size up as she grows.
My 8 lb Maltese fits well in a small. Shaping them open with your hands first helps them stretch and sit right. If you want a looser fit, I would go up one size. They have worked well for her cycle with no leaks or odor, and the little patterns are cute.
These worked really well. No leaks, no weird smell, and she was not able to wiggle out of them.
My senior dog is almost 20 and has trouble holding her bladder while she sleeps. These diapers have made cleanup so much easier because I am not washing blankets every day anymore. They stay on, she does not slip out of them, and we have not had leaks overnight.

These have made a big difference for my nearly 17 year old dog. She started having occasional accidents and would get really upset afterward. Other disposable and washable diapers either leaked, smelled, or bothered her when she walked. These are much more comfortable for her and make trips away from home possible again.
The product itself seemed fine. I just picked the wrong size for my dog.
These are the only pull-ups that stayed on my female Boston Terrier when she got the zoomies. The tail hole is small enough that she does not leak, even without much of a tail. They fit comfortably and I like that there are no Velcro straps to mess with.

They work well than I expected.
The medium fits my Maltipoo pretty nicely at about 6.2 kg. I do wish the waistband came up a little higher because it sits short on her, but she may just be longer through the body than average.

My 7 lb Maltese fits perfectly in the small. They feel a lot like baby pull-ups, just made for dogs.

These wraps have been very absorbent and feel sturdier than I expected. The tabs grip well and give enough room to adjust the fit, though my small male dog needed a little time and a few treats before he stopped trying to wiggle out of them. Once he got used to wearing one, we had no leaking issues. We mainly use them when visiting dogs are in the house because that is when he gets nervous and marks. For a five-pound dog, the small worked well and the value is worth it.
