We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@donopetstore.com. Please note that we will need to mail you the return shipping address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

These diapers are soft, absorbent, and easy to put on. The fit stays secure without rubbing, and the tail opening lines up well while my dog moves around. They have been helpful for heat cycles and small accidents.
My mini Schnauzer started her heat cycle, and these were really handy. They fit her well, and she can still go outside to poop without it turning into a mess.
The sizing was accurate for us, and they were simple to put on.
My tiny 3 lb Toy Fox Terrier is going through her first heat, and these disposable diapers fit her better than the reusable ones I tried. They are comfortable, easy to check and put back on, and I sometimes use a cloth diaper over them for extra security.
The XXS fits my tiny 3 lb Papillon very well. It stays in place and can be adjusted tighter or looser. I needed something after her spay, and these were a good fit for such a small dog.
These are very helpful for small dogs during potty training. They are easy to use and have worked well for us.
These diapers have worked really well for my 16-year-old miniature dachshund with bladder issues. I measured her first and the size was right. She can wiggle out of one overnight sometimes, but during the day it stays on and does not leak.
These diapers worked well for my little dog. The fit was comfortable, they were easy to put on, and cleanup was much easier than expected.
The XS fit my small female dog around the waist, but the design did not work for her heat cycle. The absorbent pad only covered the front part, so the area that actually needed protection was not covered well. The tail opening also sat in the wrong spot, which caused leaks outside the diaper.
My 9 week old Papillon is about 2.4 pounds, and the size fits her perfectly. I only use them when I take her out with me, not as a replacement for house training. For short-term use, they have been great.
My older girl sometimes cannot get outside fast enough anymore, and these have helped a lot. She is not thrilled about wearing diapers, but she sleeps through the night in them and they do not seem to bother her.
I used to buy extra-small diapers elsewhere, but they always slipped off. I tried these, and the XX-small fits my two 7 lb Pomeranians really well. The pink print is also cute.

The material feels thick and well made. I did have to trim the leg elastic because it was too snug, but since my dog has a light flow, I do not think leaks from the sides will be much of an issue.

For cats, the main issue is the tail opening being too large. It works for urine, but poop can leak out through that gap, so I had to add extra padding for better coverage.

These wraps have been very absorbent and feel sturdier than I expected. The tabs grip well and give enough room to adjust the fit, though my small male dog needed a little time and a few treats before he stopped trying to wiggle out of them. Once he got used to wearing one, we had no leaking issues. We mainly use them when visiting dogs are in the house because that is when he gets nervous and marks. For a five-pound dog, the small worked well and the value is worth it.
